{"id":1151,"date":"2026-08-18T11:55:40","date_gmt":"2026-08-18T15:55:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/impactacademyschool.org\/?page_id=1151"},"modified":"2026-08-18T13:24:16","modified_gmt":"2026-08-18T17:24:16","slug":"parent-information","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/impactacademyschool.org\/index.php\/parent-information\/","title":{"rendered":"Parent Information"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Background Screenings\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In accordance with section 1002.421(1)(m), F.S., provide Level 2 background screenings through the FDLE VECHS program or those that have been determined by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) to be \u201celigible.\u201d This is required for all employees and contracted personnel with direct student contact. Have these screening reports printed out or viewable through the school\u2019s AHCA login. Please be advised that a current (not expired) Florida Teaching Certificate can fulfill this requirement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impact Academy requires proof of qualifications for all instructional personnel in accordance with section 1002.421(1)(h), F.S. Any one of the following is required for each teacher:\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\uf02a Bachelor\u2019s Degree or higher in any subject (copy of diploma or completed transcript) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\uf02a Three or more years of K-12 grade teaching experience (written proof of contacting the previous employer)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\uf02a Special skills, knowledge, or expertise that qualify teachers to provide instruction in K-12 grade subjects (provide documentation such as certifications, professional development, curriculum training, etc.).
